What is RSS?

RSS is a qick and easy way to keep up to date with your favourite websites. Rather than having to visit each site in turn to see if it's been updated, you simply use an RSS reader program to download a summary of recent updates. You can then quickly scan through this list to see which sites have changed.

There are a large number of RSS readers available, many of which are free to download and use. You'll find an extensive list to choose from on the Google Directory.
